This open, light-filled new construction home makes a bold statement with black accents accompanied by the clean, modern appearance the clients desired. The floor-to-ceiling black shiplap fireplace balances perfectly against the blonde floor. For the kitchen, we chose white custom cabinets with white quartz countertops. The back of the island is accented in black for visual interest and black metal pendants over the island finish the modern look. The client chose durable, luxury vinyl floors for the benefits of style and function for their young family.
